When you share a problem, we store the text you wrote, when you wrote it, and the rough locale your browser announces. Nothing identifies you.

If you choose to leave an email, we store it for exactly one purpose: telling you if your problem grows into something. It is never shared, sold, or used for anything else.

Analytics are self-hosted and cookieless (Umami).

Bot protection is Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly on this page. To tell humans from bots it processes limited client-side signals — your IP address, TLS fingerprint, and user-agent — which Cloudflare states it cannot use to directly identify individuals. Details are in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
